Refund Policy

We want trying Vocara to be risk-free. This policy applies to subscriptions purchased through vocara.im or the Vocara app.
7-day money-back guarantee
If Vocara isn’t working out, email support@vocara.im within 7 days of your first purchase (monthly or yearly) and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid plan. It does not reset with each renewal or if you resubscribe after cancelling.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period outside the 7-day guarantee.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel but missed the renewal date — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will work with you on a fair outcome.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount, charges after cancellation), contact us and we will refund any amount charged in error.
Your rights under Australian law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of the timeframes above. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email support@vocara.im from the address on your account with the subject “Refund request”. Include the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
